Read the report

AreaMeaning
Source; RefreshChoose a built Feed or WP Source. Refresh reloads the displayed report; it does not build a new dataset.
Overview cardsTotal items, video links, YouTube OK, age restricted, non-embeddable, unavailable and region restricted counts from the saved dataset.
Provider breakdownCounts detected YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, OK.ru and Other links.
Source infoSource type, last build time and total items.
Flagged itemsWhen present, lists affected title, provider, status, video URL, linked WordPress post, region restriction, last build and actions.

When there are flagged rows, use All, Age restricted, Non-embeddable, Unavailable or Region restricted to filter them. Region details distinguish an allowed-country list from a blocked-country list. If no rows are flagged, the page says so and does not show an empty filter table.

Check and act on flagged items

ControlWhat it does
Export CSVAppears when a built Source has flagged or region-restricted items; downloads the report for that Source.
Recheck on a rowAvailable for a flagged YouTube ID. Clears that video’s saved status and requests a fresh YouTube API check. Configure and enable the YouTube API key in Settings → Advanced first.
Recheck unavailableAppears if the selected Source has unavailable items. Clears their stored YouTube status; then run Rebuild in that Source to update its dataset.
View; EditOpens the linked WordPress post when the dataset contains a matching permalink.
DraftAppears for a linked published WordPress post. Moves that post to Draft, removing it from public publication. Review the post before choosing it.

For changes to the original feed or WordPress posts, return to the Source and run Build/Rebuild before relying on these counts. Review flagged rows before exporting or changing a post to Draft.
